You must be at least 18 years old to use bajjiwala. After registration, you may be asked to provide your NID or passport details for identity verification.
Each individual may hold only one account on bajjiwala. Creating multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name. Transactions through third parties are not accepted.
Every bonus and voucher is subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the requirements have been met.
Bajjiwala never sells your personal or financial information to third parties. All data is stored over SSL-encrypted connections.
Any member can set their own betting limits, take a temporary break, or permanently close their account — no questions asked.

Opening an account with Bajjiwala means creating a personal profile that belongs exclusively to you. You are fully responsible for the security and use of your account.
2.1 The name, mobile number, email, and date of birth you provide at registration must be accurate and your own. bajjiwala reserves the right to suspend any account found to contain false information.
2.2 Keep your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
2.4 To update account details such as your mobile number or email address, please contact support and complete identity verification.
2.5 You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. Even if someone uses your account without your permission, bajjiwala does not guarantee that those transactions will be reversed.
Transactions on bajjiwala are processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Every transaction is secure and transparent — however, certain rules must be followed.
3.1 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum is subject to the limit set for each transaction. If you need to deposit above this limit, please contact support beforehand.
3.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bajjiwala reserves the right to withhold funds deposited from a friend's or family member's account.
3.4 Wagering requirements must be met before you can withdraw from a bonus. Prior to fulfilling those conditions, only your original deposit amount is eligible for withdrawal.
3.5 Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Getting verified in advance helps ensure faster withdrawals.
3.6 We follow a same-method withdrawal policy — please withdraw using the same payment method you used to make your deposit.
There are a few fundamental rules you must follow when betting on Bajjiwala. These rules apply equally to all members.
4.1 Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless bajjiwala's cashout feature is active, in which case you may withdraw the bet within the eligible time window.
4.2 If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless the bet has already been settled based on a predetermined result.
4.4 Any attempt to deliberately exploit erroneous odds for personal gain will result in account suspension and the cancellation of the bets concerned.
4.5 In live betting, odds change rapidly. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed will be treated as final.
4.6 Attempting to arbitrage by placing opposing bets on the same match using multiple accounts will result in account suspension.
Bajjiwala's bonus and voucher offers give members extra value. However, each offer comes with specific terms and conditions — failure to comply may result in the bonus being voided.
5.1 The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. If the same individual attempts to claim the welcome bonus again by opening a new account, both accounts will be suspended.
5.3 Once a voucher code expires, it can no longer be used. There is no option to extend the validity period — so make sure to use it on time.
5.4 Your bonus funds and your own deposit balance are tracked separately. When you request a withdrawal, your own deposited funds will be withdrawn first.
5.5 Bajjiwala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where possible, members will be notified before any changes take effect.
5.6 If bonus abuse is suspected — for example, if a user appears to have claimed a bonus with no intention of placing bets and plans to withdraw immediately — bajjiwala reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
Bajjiwala believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a primary source of income. That's why we place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities.
6.1 Each member can set daily, weekly, and monthly betting limits from their account settings. Once a limit is active, bets exceeding that amount will not be allowed.
6.2 A cooling-off period can be set anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months. During this time your account remains active, but placing bets will not be permitted.

7.1 bajjiwala may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
7.2 Before terminating an account, bajjiwala will conduct an investigation. If no rule violation is found, the account will be reinstated.
7.3 You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure, it will be refunded to you.
8.1 Bajjiwala may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance.
8.2 Continuing to use the platform after updated rules are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.
8.3 The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page. Archived versions of previous editions are retained by our support team.
8.4 In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, bajjiwala's decision shall be considered final. However, an avenue for appeal will be available in cases of an unjust ruling.
